Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt.
- Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture until well combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of honey or chocolate shavings.
